Viipaloi yksi kananrinta/ruokailija. Marinoi yön yli/pari tuntia. Paista pannulla kypsäksi 10-15 min. Tarjoa riisin, tsatsikin, hummuksen ja tomaattien kera.
Marinadi (kahdelle kananrinnalle)
1 sitruunan mehu
1 tl kurkumaa
1 rl oliiviöljyä
1 tl kuivaa minttua hienonnettuna

I have made this dish numerous times over 10 years, already before I did know anything about the healthy aspects of turmeric, just for the delicious taste.
Slice one chicken breast per person and marinate few hours/overnight, fry 10-15 min until tender and well done. Serve with rice, tsatsiki, hummus and tomatos
